DESCRIPTION The sampling capsule, screwed onto the end of the dip pipe, is introduced into the reactor at the required depth. The PTFE flanges, set with the o'ring, ensure the tightness of the dip pipe. Even when the ball valve is opened, the reactor can stay under pressure or under vacuum. The sample is extracted by activating the piston. A wash solvent cleans the dip pipe when it is removed from the reactor. Before extracting entirely the pipe, the ball valve is closed. The sampling capsule filled with liquid is unscrewed and brought to the laboratory.

Automatic : The system is fully automatic. The top of the dip pipe is connected to a driving belt which moves up and down. The belt and on/off ball valve are operated pneumatically. |
